From spatial planning and culinary design to operational details, every element reflects a dual respect for the environment and human experience.
Our grand ballroom, with its four-meter-high ceiling, accommodates up to 360 attendees and can be flexibly divided into smaller spaces. This layout maximizes efficiency while minimizing unnecessary energy use and resource consumption. Natural light and soft neutral tones create a composed and focused atmosphere ideal for in-depth dialogue and strategic exchange.
Our in-house culinary team prepares all meals and breaks fresh daily, minimizing food mileage and carbon footprint. We use reusable tableware, eliminate bottled water in favor of purified refilled service, and present all menus digitally via QR codes. Paper and pens are not provided by default to reduce waste—attendees are encouraged to use personal devices for note-taking, reducing over 300 sheets of paper per event.
